Are foreign students accepted?
Yes! In fact, the Science High School and the University of Baguio has a burgeoning foreign student population attracted to its high educational standards and practices. At any one time, there are about a dozen foreign students in the Science High, mostly South Korean nationals and Filipino-Americans. A university-wide foreign students' organization, which acts as a support group for its members, is also officially recognized by the Administration. U.B. is probably the most foreign-friendly school in the Northern Philippines.
